Position Details:

As a Talent Management Consultant, you will be a part of the Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness (TM&OE) Center of Excellence, reporting to a Senior Manager of TM&OE. The Talent Management Consultant will work on several projects that are both strategic and executional. The primary focus of this role will be to support Team Member Listening, and may include other projects in executive development, differentiated development, performance management, succession planning, enterprise onboarding, team effectiveness, change management, or organizational effectiveness. This role is hybrid with a requirement of working in Lake Forest two days per week.

 

You Will:

  • Help develop the team member listening strategy that aligns with the organization’s engagement and culture objectives.
  • Identify and deploy listening channels and tools to collect meaningful team member sentiment and feedback.
  • Establish project plans for team members surveys, manage implementation activities and develop all processes associated with program roll-out and ongoing support.
  • In partnership with vendor, provide timely insights to leaders and stakeholders through dashboard and reporting tools.
  • Analyze quantitative/qualitative data, identify trends, and report relevant and actionable insights to inform and influence business action plans.
  • Use measurement and analytics to demonstrate impact of team member listening strategy.
  • Navigate complex situations as business or team priorities can change course.
  • Write communications, presentations, and training materials for multiple levels within organization.
  • Participate in other TM&OE projects as assigned.

 

You Have:

  • BA/BS  in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • 7 plus years of experience in related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, change management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing team member feedback, engagement or listening programs.
  • Demonstrated analytical and statistical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience consulting and influencing HR and business partners.
  • Experience managing large projects to drive for results.
  • Experience developing compelling presentations with clear storytelling.
  • Experience delivering presentations to large groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building credibility with business partners to develop working relationships.
  • Process-orientation and continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiencies.
  • Rechnical skills proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheets, PowerBI, online survey tools) and other relevant HR tools.
