Yes, all enrolled college students (undergraduate or graduate) are welcome to apply to our early career programs.



Interviews are conducted via phone, video or in person and follow the STAR format. For technical roles, also expect a technical interview.




Most internships and full-time programs operate in a hybrid work environment with a mix of onsite and work from home days. Grainger provides summer housing for eligible interns and relocation assistance is offered for eligible full-time roles.



If you do not see jobs displayed on our Internships and Rotational Program Jobs page, we are either not in our active recruitment season or all positions have already been filled.

Internships are offered in the summer. At this time, we do not offer winter internship opportunities.



Our summer internships begin in June and last 10 weeks.



Yes, all internships are paid and follow a full-time work schedule (40 hours/week).
