Yes, all enrolled college students (undergraduate or graduate) are welcome to apply to our early career programs.



Interviews are conducted via phone, video or in person and follow the STAR format. For more information about the STAR format and recommendations for interview success, watch our Interview Preparation Tips video below.




Most internships and full-time programs operate in a hybrid work environment with a mix of onsite and work from home days. Grainger provides summer housing for eligible interns and relocation assistance is offered for eligible full-time roles.

Yes, all internships are paid and follow a full-time work schedule (40 hours/week).
