"As part of Grainger’s Financial Development Program, I got a chance to work across three completely different areas of the business. This helped me develop various business skills and expanded my network.

As an FDP participant, I had the chance to choose which business area and projects I wanted to be a part of, giving me the autonomy to grow my skillset and develop in areas of interest to me."

"From the very beginning, my experience with Grainger has been both gratifying and rewarding. It's been a pleasure to add value to a company that truly keeps the world working.

During onboarding, I heard time and time again that relationships are at the foundation of Grainger's culture. This has proven true as I continue to grow my personal connections across Grainger. I look forward to the ongoing growth and endless opportunities in store at Grainger."
