Position Details:

As Supervisor, Supplier Lifecycle you will manage the day-to-day operations and timely execution of supplier contract administration, funds recovery (collections), or maintenance globally, including term changes and interpretation, performance management and oversight of contractual deliverables and obligations. You will partner with leaders across the business, identify risks and opportunities in the contract lifecycle and produce quantitative insights for continuous improvement. This position will be directly responsible for managing a team of analysts and will report to the Manager, Supplier Contract Management.

 

You Will:

 

  • Lead a team of 3-4 analysts responsible for completing activities related to:

    • Contract administration: contracting such as drafting, amending, monitoring the data of contracts

    • Collections: funds recovery from suppliers because of warranties, and/or returns

    • Supplier maintenance: supplier onboarding and maintenance

  • Analyze operational drivers, provide solutions, and identify when additional information is required, while often serving as the first-level point of contact for these matters.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for end-to-end processes and engage with internal business partners and suppliers to educate and solve day-to-day issues.

  • Ensure the execution of work in alignment with overall company and department goals.

  • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects to drive process optimization and improved cycle times.

  • Recruit, develop and motivate talent to ensure continued growth and improvement of overall team.

  • Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.

  • Organize work and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.


 

You Have: 

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, sales and/or customer operations. Previous experience in continuous improvement, change management, and project management preferred.

  • Experience in formally or informally leading teams and providing coaching and development opportunities for team members. 

  • Experience leading continuous improvement and change management projects and/or knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Reporting capabilities and Microsoft skills; ability to translate complex data analysis into high level overview.
