Compensation
This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $23.13 and $34.67

Work Schedule
2:30pm - 11:00pm (5x8) Monday - Friday (No day off)
You Will
- Perform assigned routine facilities maintenance and support tasks within established procedures, including basic carpentry, furniture assembly and disassembly, snow removal, garbage compactor operation, cardboard baler operation, and other manual facilities work.
- Support facilities technicians and tradespeople by assisting with assigned maintenance activities and providing access to facility locations where service or repair work is required.
- Operate approved powered industrial equipment and perform assigned battery changing, watering, and maintenance activities in accordance with established operating and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate facilities records by performing Facilities Parts Room cycle counts and entering required daily readings, including riser pressure readings and powered industrial equipment usage, into designated spreadsheets or systems.
- Use hand tools, powered tools, computers, portable devices, and two-way radios to complete assigned work and communicate clearly and accurately with facilities team members and operational partners.
- Follow established facility and safety procedures when performing work at heights and responding to spills, including reviewing applicable Safety Data Sheets before cleaning spills, and complete other assigned work supporting the Facilities department, operational partners, and network initiatives.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
- None Maintenance Skill Evaluation required
- 1+ years Entry-level facilities, maintenance, mechanical, skilled trades, or related experience required
- Knowledge of basic hand and powered tools and their safe use in routine facilities and maintenance activities.
- Experience using computers, portable devices, Microsoft Office products, or similar applications to enter information and complete routine work records, with the capacity to learn job-related software.
- Knowledge of established workplace safety practices applicable to facilities work, including powered industrial equipment, work at heights, ladders, and Safety Data Sheet requirements for spill response.
- Experience completing assigned work independently when appropriate and coordinating with facilities technicians, tradespeople, supervisors, and operational partners within established procedures.
- Knowledge of basic facilities support activities, including parts inventory, basic carpentry, furniture assembly and disassembly, material handling equipment support, and routine manual facility tasks.
