Position Details:

The Senior Administrative Assistant supports 3 Sr. Directors, providing a wide range of administrative support to the team by implementing department/operational processes to help meet our goals.

This position is remote with travel opportunities. You will report to a Director within the Region. 

 

Compensation:

This position is hourly and the target pay is $24.37-$36.53.

You Will:

  • Respond to requests by gathering and providing information, referring non-routine calls and emails to appropriate staff. Ask probing questions to prioritize.
  • Locate and gather information from the appropriate source to help resolve business issues. Pursue information that may not be available.
  • Compose and modify correspondence, reports or presentations from rough drafts, general instruction or based on special knowledge of area and Company.
  • Schedule meetings on and off-site including conference rooms, meeting set up and implementation.
  • Make travel arrangements. Oversee calendar and schedule appointments on behalf of manager. Prepare materials needed by manager for meetings and telephone calls.

 

You Have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, and 3+ years of secretarial experience.
  • Type 50 WPM and proficiently use: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use other software.
  • Requires an understanding of department and its relationships within the Company.
