Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $73,400.00-$97,800.00

Position Details:

Provides strategic and operational support to Group Vice Presidents (Group VP), serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.  In this role, you will be delegated authority and often required to act without specific instructions or prescribed procedures.

 

You Will:

- Manage the Group VP leader's time through strategic calendar management and scheduling, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize the leader's focus on strategic priorities

- Partners with senior leaders and leads improvements across the department to improve operational efficiency  

- Acts as liaison in business communications; manages high-level correspondence and internal and external engagements

- Leads planning and execution of large-scale functional events

- Coordinate strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects

- Involved in planning long or short-term business objectives

- Proactively identifies priorities and drives alignment across departments

- Supports strategic initiatives and internal communications

- Manage departmental systems and expense tracking, including generating routine and ad-hoc reports to support operational efficiency and budget oversight

- Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- May indirectly lead other administrative business partners within the department

- Demonstrates deep understanding of department and business operations in addition to working cross-functionally to carry out significant assignments

- Applies strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment in handling sensitive communications; represents the Group VP in internal and external communications

- Ability to compose materials from rough notes or independent knowledge of circumstances; works independently on a range of complex tasks

 

You Have:

- 5+ years of administrative experience

- Experience supporting multiple executive leaders and/or departments

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills

- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

- Proven skill in independently prioritizing complex tasks and adapting to shifting demands
