Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $135,400.00 – $225,600.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details
This position is responsible for the development and overall leadership of the National account program. This position will work cross functionally to define the contract strategy and put solutions in place for the entire organization on multi-site opportunities with third party contracts for the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and Hospitality market segments. This position will also be accountable for driving speed to revenue, offer productivity improvements and provide operations support as needed to field leadership. Finally, the position will collaborate with peers to create a business case to build an infrastructure that would assist sales and sales leadership with multi-site opportunities in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and Hospitality market segments.
You Will
- Identify requirements and develop a business case to assist field leadership in the assessment, strategy, development, closure, and implementation of large complex multi site opportunities.
- Work closely with field leadership to identify and deliver at least 10 large annual customer opportunities; including but not limited to, negotiation of deals, allocation of appropriate resources and implementation.
- Analyze current business trends or emerging market segments and proactively identify product solution opportunities with our key suppliers, allowing the leadership team to react quickly.
- Work with training and sales support to design and implement a simplified major account process, customized training for DSM’s around the formation and management of these deals.
- Work with Sales Effectiveness and Marketing to identify potential target customers and overall market opportunity.
- Institute processes for the distribution, communication and analysis of National Account performance management.
- Assist functional business team in driving a culture of customer accountability based on monthly inspection of key account metrics and the processes that support these deals.
- Work with Sales Support to develop requirements for a customer database that will ensure appropriate capture of LOU information and customer profiles. Develop short- and long-term reporting and analysis tools for these deals.
You Have
- Bachelor's Degree required and
- Master's Degree preferred
- 10+ years experience in sales. required
- Must have previous management experience.
- Capacity to develop and implement strategy for customer segments as well as specific.
- Strong general management skills, including process management and financial management.
- Ability to grasp and learn complex concepts quickly and independently.
- Relationship management plan that leverages executive impact.
- Individual will be responsible for a territory located primarily within the Western half of US; 50% travel required
