Position Details:

The Manager of Coverage Operations supports monitoring and tracking current sales investments to ensure they provide returns. This includes performing analysis to evaluate current coverage models to understand performance and potential opportunities to improve. You will partner with sales teams to build coverage strategies and present operational plans that create the highest growth at the best return. You will bring forward ideas to coverage strategy as they design, test and implement new strategies.

 

 

You Will:

  • Maintain relationships with sales leaders and important partners
  • Build standard processes (informed by customer information models) to maintain seller coverage
  • Evaluate performance of current coverage models and serve up solutions to further align models to how customers buy/make decisions
  • Communicate relevant updates, oral and written, to sales leaders on performance of coverage models, and work side by side with sales teams to support optimization opportunities
  • Use understanding of current Salesforce strategy to evaluate current coverage models and serve up new solutions to Coverage Strategy
  • Partner with Coverage Strategy to develop new coverage models that improve ability to cover customers and lead year over year growth
  • Manage processes for tracking, executing projects following best practices
  • Ensure achievement of project goals through completion of deliverables that meet stakeholder success criteria

 

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 -7 years of experience in related field
  • Cross functional leadership skills with problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate in matrix-managed environment (directing and coordinating others that do not directly report to the position)
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to manage change
  • Creative thinker with an open mind to learn and explore new areas and opportunities
