Position Details:

You will support category review implementation, provide technical troubleshooting and training support for our eCommerce merchandising toolkits, and implement ad hoc strategic merchandising programs and special projects. You will report to the Director, Merchandising.

You Will:

• Work with the Managers, Channel Merchandising to implement category reviews and off-cycle maintenance opportunities
• Support the implementation of strategic merchandising programs and special projects
• Lead testing for new software features and functionalities
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support of software to the merchandising teams
• Help train new hires on our software toolkits
• Maintain Standard Operation Procedure documentation 
• Collaborate with partners in Product Information, Search, and Publishing to optimize online content

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience ecommerce, product merchandising, or product management experience
