Position Details:
As an Operations (Store) Manager, you will manage all service related and operational goals for a specific branch (store). You will ensure execution of the Branch Network strategic vision and goals through demonstrated leadership in the areas of talent excellence, service, and cost to serve. You will report to the Sr District Manager. This role is based in Denver, CO.
You Will:
- Oversee a team of employees with authority to hire and performance manage the team by ensuring goals are set and monitored. Create an environment where team members are engaged, empowered, enthusiastic, and committed to the success of the company by encouraging diverse thoughts and ideas.
- Balance operating expenses with higher level of service, while looking for ways to improve processes and remove non-value added activities. Monitor controllable expenses to achieve the assigned expense target.
- Understand competitive landscape. Create and employ appropriate growth, productivity, risk mitigation and governance strategies to address market, regulatory, and company-specific requirements.
- Communicate and implement a sound strategy to team members that embraces change management.
- Build partnerships and collaborate at all levels of the organization (up, across, and down)
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Project management, planning, and facilitation skills.
