Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $134,100.00 – $223,500.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 20 %, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details
We are looking for product managers to help guide and chart a course for Grainger's enterprise systems and application development so that Grainger continues to be the destination for "the ones that get it done". The Senior Product Manager contributes to the product strategy, vision, and roadmap of future products, with high degree of ownership over critical features and the customer experience.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of eProcurement, Grainger’s largest and fastest-growing order channel toward more scalable, self-service integrations, and end-to-end visibility across the ePro integration lifecycle.
You will work with engineering, design, and operations to develop and launch innovative aspects of a product. You are creative and highly analytical, able to work in a matrix organization, can synthesize a variety of technologies and capabilities into products and applications that customers love.
Success in this role will require you to deep dive in Grainger’s end-to-end processes from intake, integration, order, invoice, and payment, ensuring solutions address root causes rather than layering on complexity.
You will report to the Director, Product Management and will work on a hybrid basis out of our Chicago, IL office.
You Will

Structured Thinking: Owns and evolves product strategy for a sub-domain, establishing enterprise roadmaps across now, near, and next to drive advantaged customer outcomes at every stage. As roadmaps enter execution, ensure work is well-formed and clear for delivery partners.

You Have

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

7+ years product management or equivalent experience required

Strong experience with Process Design
