Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $87,200.00 – $145,300.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details
The Corporate Travel Program Lead is responsible for the strategic management and day-to-day execution of Grainger's enterprise-wide Corporate Travel Program within Indirect Procurement. This role drives the development and execution of travel strategies, policies, and governance that align with enterprise objectives while delivering a compliant, scalable, and employee-focused travel experience. This is a Hybrid position requiring presence onsite at the Chicago or Lake Forest, IL Grainger offices two days per week.
You Will
- Manages all aspects aligned to the Travel Program including the following:
- Identifying and lead opportunities to enhance and improve the travel program to be best in class.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring service delivery, contract compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through regular business reviews and performance monitoring.
- Analyze program data, supplier performance, traveler feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness, reduce costs, mitigate risk, and enhance the traveler experience.
- Coordinating with key internal business partners and leaders at all levels of the organization (Manager to EVP) to enhance and improve program and policies.
- Identifying KPI and associated measurements to measure success of the programs or progress towards functional objectives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Corporate Travel Program, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and business partners on travel policies, systems, supplier offerings, and best practices.
You Have
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant program management experience in indirect procurement programs such as fleet management, driver reimbursement, travel, purchasing cards, etc. preferred.
- 3+ years 3-5 years of experience in relevant field preferred.
- Experience managing multiple internal business partner requests and prioritizing appropriately based on risk mitigation.
- Experience developing business relationships and fostering collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Experience applying indirect purchasing principles and practices.
- Experience navigating ERP Purchasing applications and the ability to research and extract role-related data points.
- Experience creating program materials, including training and educational documents, and presenting to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Ability to travel up to 10% to various Grainger locations.
