“Before joining Grainger, the conversations I had consistently emphasized the collaborative work environment and a commitment to developing early-career talent. After spending the summer here, I can confidently say the internship exceeded my expectations. I had the opportunity to work on a project with real business impact, learn from leaders across the organization, and explore parts of the business beyond my day-to-day role. What stood out most was how willing everyone was to share knowledge and support my growth. The relationships I built with business professionals and fellow interns made the experience especially rewarding and reinforced what makes Grainger's internship program unique.”
