PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Senior Consultant, Executive Compensation will support full-cycle planning and analysis activities necessary to execute the Company’s executive compensation programs for non-employee directors, executives and key managers.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Compensation

  • Provide analytical, program, and project support on all executive compensation programs.
  • Helps maintain annual schedule, project-timelines, and documentation related to executive compensation programs which require coordination with various departments.
  • Execute initial research and preparatory work necessary to complete the annual CCOB activity matrix activities such as the following key activities:
    • Propose changes to the global short- and long-term incentive plans for the upcoming year
    • Update comparator group companies in partnership with external consultants, and perform risk review
    • Recommend global merit budgets for approval, review SVP and non-employee director compensation study, and review committee charters
    • Recommend various items for approval including prior year MIP payout, new short- and long-term incentive plans, annual proxy statement, and salary increases and equity awards for SVPs
    • Review ACR results, proxy advisor voting recommendations, and stock ownership compliance
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual proxy and CD&A deliverables, including drafting compensation tables.
  • Prepare analysis and research related to executive compensation programs such as preparation of tally sheets, peer and market benchmarking, share plan usage.
  • Partners with compensation team member to maintain necessary communications and program materials throughout the year.
  • Assist participants and leaders with questions related to executive compensation and long-term incentive program administration.
  • Support employee stock purchase plan and long-term incentive administration in partnership with various departments.
  • Support oversight of Mobility program administration and other Total Rewards continuous improvement initiatives as the need arises.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of the concepts and practices of executive and/or broad-based compensation, reward and recognition or equivalent related knowledge in other technical Centers of Excellence such as tax, payroll, and accounting preferred. 
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to draw insights utilizing data and experience synthesizing large amounts of data to identify trends and issues.
  • Demonstrated time and project management skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel and Power Point capabilities.
