Position Description

Leverages understandings of end to end Sourcing work processes in order to handle all inquiries (quote and post order) via Salesforce Case Management. Actively provide resolution via phone or email in a timely manner to help support internal field partners, contact centers, branches, transportation, and suppliers in order to deliver the best customer experience.
This section contains list of 5-8 primary responsibilities that account for 10% or more of their time.  The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.
 
• Manage quote rework inquiries in a timely manner from sales in order to drive back a revised quote to meet the customer’s needs which will improve our position to convert to an order.

• Manage order inquiries from sales and vendors to help provide resolution on Purchase Orders on hold due to discrepancies, change order requests, cancellations, and order confirmations.

• Understand all areas of Sourcing work processes (end to end) in order to handle all inquiries; such as standard quote and order management processes.

• Apply Standard Work in daily activities, ensuring a consistent quality experience to our customers. Approach work with a CI mindset and deliver back process improvement opportunities and best demonstrated practices where applicable.

• Provide exceptional customer service through daily proactive communication to Sales Team on case status and aggressively work to resolve issues in order to deliver a high-level experience to our customers.  Ensure notations are clearly made for proper internal handoffs in order to maintain high service levels.

• Maintain individual productivity measurements in support of organizational goals (i.e. gross profit, cost to serve); including metrics on cases resolved and quality of work.

• Embrace change management principles in order to drive success into work. Embrace curiosity to ensure foundational understanding of the process is embedded in daily work. Be a good steward of the business to help and support others in the work.

Position Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in related field preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business , Communications, or related field preferred.

• MRO product knowledge preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency with SAP preferred, strong systems experience such as Microsoft applications including Access & Excel, PC applications, e-mail, and internet search

• Strong business acumen and decision making

• Demonstrated capability to multi task in fast paced team environment
