Position Description

-Provides strategic analysis and recommendations to Field Managers and Supervisors to
provide optimized route scenarios for KeepStock as well as other services and solutions for
the US / Canada regions.
-Support at least one and a half region or two regions, in average about 150 employees per
-Masters knowledge of Dispatch, Maintenance and Territory Planner modules within
Roadnet Transportation Suite and MobileCast field App to train new field team members
and troubleshoot functionality issues.
-Onboarding plan for Onsite Representatives related to routing and forecasting.
-Influences and recommends optimized routing options to territory leaders.
-Leverages additional learnings and functionality of Roadnet software and recommend
Continuous Improvement opportunities to peers and leadership.
-Proactively communicates with territory leadership to make problems visible and decrease
variation to help enhance the customer experience.
-Analyzes data to address anomalies and exceptions of existing routes.
-Create regional plan for routes base on actual hours and review monthly with Onsite
-Leverages business, organization and customer changes and incorporates in routing
-Supports company projects and initiatives as required by the business.

Position Requirements:

-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the KeepStock environment or a
like operations support role (forecasting, data analysis and field support)
-Strong analytical and technology skills and possesses understanding of routing logic.
-Work force management, route management or similar experience preferred.
-Demonstrates responsiveness and urgency; able to react quickly to customer needs
and meet tight deadlines.
-Ability to multi-task with agility and perform in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
-Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple levels
within the organization, including the ability to influence without authority, negotiate,
and escalate unresolved problems or questions.
-Master in Roadnet software, MS Office applications, including Excel, SharePoint and
other analytical tools.
-Ability to evaluate and interpret data to make solid recommendations and business
-Must be proactive, able to effectively prioritize tasks and work with little or no
supervision and possess an innate ability to follow through on results.
-Accomplished in and fosters the use of Continuous Improvement (CI) methods and
-Project management experience is preferred.
-Ability to build strategic partnerships across the network
