Position Details:

The Executive Compensation Manager will support full-cycle planning and analysis activities necessary to complete our executive compensation programs for non-employee directors, executives and managers. You will report to the Director, Executive Compensation

You Will:

  • Manage daily operational activities for all executive compensation programs with accuracy
  • Partner with different departments to manage executive compensation programs
  • Support preparation process for Compensation Committee materials
  • Help prepare the annual proxy and CD&A deliverables
  • Support other Total Rewards continuous improvement projects as the need arises
  • Manage executive compensation market data and benchmarking for applicable employee populations
  • Stay current on new legislation and trends

You Have:

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in a related field preferred, consulting experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Knowledge of the concepts and practices of executive and broad-based compensation
  • Drawn insights using data and experience combining large amounts of data to identify trends and issues.
  • Excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint capabilities.
