You Will

Primary Function:

This role will be responsible for the design, and implementation of compensation policies, programs and procedures.  This role typically requires a mastery of multiple reward disciplines and utilized each on a regular basis in support of ongoing client group activities.  Ability to manage indirect team members to accomplish results.  


Principal Duties & Responsibilities: 
--Applies thorough knowledge of total rewards to establish standards supporting competitive and equitable rewards programs in the U.S. or abroad.  These include, but are not limited to, base and incentive pay, salary planning, salary structure development and merit distribution.  
--Leads the incentive design process for a business group or function.    
--Researching and staying up-to-date on current practices and trends
--Proactively leads, influences, and communicates the business strategy
--Anticipates business needs by examining the local and global marketplace, technology trends, and best practices
--Lead and manage change effectively to grow and support business objectives while balancing the needs of team members 
--Effectively influence, communicate ideas, findings and recommendations
 

You Have

Principal Duties & Responsibilities: 
--7+ years of related experience working with compensation systems including job evaluation; salary survey techniques and interpretation; performance and reward systems, and involvement in organizational design
--Demonstrated ability to work in a COE/ Business-Partner HR operating model
--Experience working in a highly-matrixed environment
--Relevant Compensation experience in an environment where the HR Information System (HRIS) is an ERP (e.g.: SAP, PeopleSoft) 
--Business, Accounting, IT, HR, Statistics, or related experience preferred
--Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred but not required
