Position Details:
Reporting to the General Manager, Global Export, the Cross Border Manager will negotiate and develop new business and customer relationships, accelerating growth of profitable opportunities aligned with the strategy and vision of the company.
You Will:
- Develop an account growth strategy within each country ensuring focus and alignment to the OE threshold defined for incremental business.
- Build long-term relationships with important decision makers from the customer side based on win-win agreements.
- Leverage GUS connections to accelerate strategic targeted accounts growth.
- Coordinate In country support to determine the commercial offer with customers, terms of contract, agreements, schedules and responsibilities.
· Partner with In-country leaders to develop new target opportunities (Develop and align on strategy)
· Align with Global Export Team to drive export business for US National Account Customers
· Partner with Contract Owners and In-country sales teams to develop a strategy to maximize contract realization in every country where customer has locations. Serve as liaison to ensure consistent application of plans
- Conducting regular business reviews that include business plans execution, monitoring and critical aspects for the achievement of the objectives.
· Support execution of customer business reviews
· Facilitate efforts on optimal implementation plan
· Lead Issue Resolution Efforts
- Ensure compliance with commercial agreements and contracts established with customers in their management.
- Promote our sales strategies, the sale of services strategic and value-added services.
You Have:
- BA/BS Required – MBA ideal
- More than 5 years of experience in sales.
- Knowledge of the MRO market desirable.
- Strong planning and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker with business and financial acumen
- Proven success persuading and influencing others without formal authority
The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team. This role will pay from 103,020 to 159,120 with 20% bonus eligibility target plus LTI eligible.
