Position Details:

 

As a Multi-store Manager you will manage all branch store operations (service and operations) for multi-store locations consisting of hourly or exempt team members. You will ensure execution of the Branch Network strategic vision and goals through leadership in the areas of talent management, customer service, sales growth, and cost to serve. You will report to a Sr District Manager. 

 

This position is located in Rochester, NY.

 

Compensation:

 

This position is salaried and will pay between $85,680 to $131,580.  The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to: a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity of the team.

 

You Will:

 

  • Oversee operational performance and support all sales growth, Inventory Solutions profitability strategies, and other plans in partnership with Account Managers, 
  • Balance operating expenses with higher level of service, while looking for ways to improve processes and remove non-value added activities. Monitor controllable expenses to achieve the assigned expense target. 
  • Promote district/region related programs and create an environment that promotes teamwork. 

 

You Have:

 

  • 1+ years of management experience 
  • Project management, planning, and facilitation skills.
