Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $83,300.00$154,600.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 15 % based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details: 

The Mgr, Site Leader provides operational leadership for our Market Distribution Centers. This role is responsible for leading up to 40 team members, ensuring timely and accurate product receipt, on-time order fulfillment, and the optimization of resources and processes while operating within budget. The leader drives business results by translating a strategic vision into operational actions, proactively leveraging data to determine trends and patterns for effective problem solving, and creating a culture where their team is engaged, safe, and productive. 

 

You Will: 

 

  • Lead an end-to-end distribution center operation consisting of all inbound and outbound functions while overseeing and maintaining a facility of up to 60,000 square feet and up to $10M of inventory. 

  • Lead and coach a team of up to 40 distribution center associates and supervisors using performance management tools, promoting process standardization, and sharing best practices across the distribution network. 

  • Manage payroll and non-payroll budgets of $2-3M while identifying opportunities to reduce costs. 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with key performance indicators such as Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Engagement. 

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to improve results and operations excellence. 

  • Communicate company vision, values, strategies and direction to distribution center team members. 

  • Foster a positive workplace culture where team members feel valued, engaged, and committed. 

  • Build and maintain critical cross-functional relationships to drive improvements in customer service, asset management, and market strategies. 

  • Ensure operational consistency and compliance to company policies and laws through the use of standard work instructions, training programs, audit/inspection systems, and safety protocols. 

 

You Have: 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations or equivalent experience. 

  • 3+ years leadership experience in a Warehouse, Distribution Center, or Supply Chain function. 

  • Demonstrated understanding of distribution, transportation, and inventory management principles and practices with strong customer focus. 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive team member relations and effective cross-functional relationships. 

  • Proven ability to effectively lead and manage change. 

  • Proven ability to research and implement new business practices to drive operational enhancements. 

  • Strong process improvement, problem-solving, analytical and financial management skills. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
