Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $101,300.00 to $168,900.00.

Position Details
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, the Manager, Human Resources focuses on collaborating and consulting with partners to build and execute people strategies that promote a positive culture. This position requires presence onsite daily Monday through Friday at our Mira Loma, California Distribution Center.
You Will
- Translate business needs into human resource plans and programs.
- Identify and assess human resource needs in designated departments. Collaborate with human resource "centers of excellence" (i.e. Total Rewards, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Organization Effectiveness) to meet business needs.
- Partner with leaders to develop organization structure and job design based on work processes.
- Provide expertise in areas of human capital such as employee development, performance, talent acquisition, inclusion and diversity and total rewards.
- Provide guidance to leaders on performance management tools within specific departments in partnership with HR Advisors.
- Ensure appropriate learning and growth opportunities are identified and acted on for individuals and teams.
- Coach the business through the appropriate change management steps to ensure successful execution of important projects.
- Coach leaders to improve engagement and create a great experience for Grainger team members.
- Drive process and clarity for all key HR processes; communicate and partner with the business to achieve the desired process outcomes.
- Participate in interviews for key roles.
You Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- 5+ years progressive Human Resource management
- Influencing and facilitating skills, which surface differing viewpoints and result in the best course of actions. Understanding of organization dynamics and can navigate appropriate channels.
- Success managing projects.
