Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $21.30 to $31.93.

Position Details
The Photo Studio Coordinator is a merchandise handling coordinator and stylist located in the Minooka Photo Studio. This role uses software to check in and track products through the photography production process. Additionally, this role is responsible for styling and preparing product prior to shoot. Products are unpacked, cleaned, prepped, assembled, properly sorted and styled to meet style guide requirements. Products need to be carefully repackaged prior to send back to stock.
You Will
- Style different categories of products for e-commerce photography, ensuring productivity and merchandise coordination.
- Give visual recommendations to Publishing and Merchandising partners by applying visual guidelines.
- Research products and determine a visual strategy, when there is not one defined, in accordance with visual guidelines.
- Receive, sort, prepare and track products for image capture
- Prepare stock and ensure product is styled consistently with established style guides, so that minimal post production retouching work is needed.
- Open packaging so that product can be repackaged as new when completed and assemble, disassemble and prepare products in efficient and effective manner to keep productivity high in the photography studio.
- Ensure products are cleaned to remove surface dust, fingerprints and other imperfections prior to shooting.
- Maintain production area in a neat and orderly condition and seek out ways to make studio workflow more efficient, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Manage assigned tickets and determine if project dates need to be adjusted to complete work on time.
You Have
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience in photography or visual arts.
- 2+ years in a related field.
- Experience following procedures and using task management to meet or exceed style-guide standards.
- Experience completing various tasks with minimal direction.
- Experience working in Photoshop, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, mallets, and drills to assemble products.
