Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $61,800.00  to $102,900.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Position Details

The Operations Training Partner is proactive, improvement‑driven, and thrives in fast‑moving environments, building capability, confidence, and performance across the Distribution Center network. In this role, the Operations Training Partner can deliver high‑quality training while overseeing trainer certification and supporting essential learning experiences. Using data to drive results, the Operations Training Partner elevates training effectiveness and adapts quickly as business needs evolve, staying confident and organized. This role will partner closely with site leadership, frontline teams, and the Operations Support Training & Communications Team to solve problems and ensure training is standardized, measurable, and aligned with business goals. This role will be onsite at ILDC in Minooka, Il.



You Wil

  • Facilitates and delivers instructor-led and blended training sessions to supported business units, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Supports ongoing development of trainers.
  • Maintains accurate training records using learning management systems and operational systems; track participation and report on training outcomes.
  • Assists in conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborates with site leadership and the Communications Team to uphold training standards and share best practices.
  • Gathers and analyzes feedback from trainees and trainers to support continuous improvement of training content and delivery.
  • Adapts training materials for diverse audiences and learning styles, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
  • Proactively addresses training needs with adaptability and a focus on creating a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

 

You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development, Education, Adult Education or related field required
  • 2+ years in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies required
  • Experience assessing and responding to training needs with empathy, patience, and adaptability, creating inclusive and effective learning environments.
  • Experience facilitating and coaching in train-the-trainer contexts.
  • Experience translating operational procedures into actionable training materials.
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
