Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $86,100.00 to $143,500.00.

Position Details:
As Distribution Center Facilities Manager you will oversee the property and equipment management at the Distribution Center, including coordination of the building and equipment maintenance needs by working with contractors, vendors and service partners. Identify, plan, and implement projects, savings programs, service enhancements, and process improvements that support preventive and predictive maintenance programs and building operations. You will report to the Director, Distribution of the facility.
You Will:
- Oversee a team of 6+ technical skilled team members working across multiple shifts and lead & support appropriate onsite projects and budgets.
- Assure maximum performance of conveyor systems and standardize the Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE), and develop a replacement program that maximizes the PIE assets
- Maintain the building and its' components by applying preventive and predictive maintenance techniques to maximize the useful life of the facility
- Ensure that the site is maintained in a fashion that provides for a clean and safe environment and that the exterior of the facility provides a positive and pleasing appearance
- Recommend and institute training programs to ensure personnel are current in job performance and knowledge
- Work with the Real Estate Group (Property Management) in developing estimates, requesting quotes, purchases and oversee the delivery of equipment, construction or service agreements
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and 10+ years of related work and leadership experience
- Technical knowledge and skill in all areas of facilities maintenance including items such as conveyor systems, powered industrial equipment, waste and recycling stream processes, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of the building and construction processes
- Knowledge of electric motors, belt, chain and gear drives, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, HVAC systems, electrical switch gear, building envelope and material handling equipment
- Knowledge of applicable OSHA and EPA regulations, NFPA and Factory Mutual standards, and general risk insurance guidelines and requirements
- Familiar with sustainability (GREEN) concepts.
