Grainger Management LLC is seeking a Tech Lead Product & Platform Engineering - CIM 1 in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years related experience. Prior experience must include: Design and deploy scalable and reliable enterprise-grade distributed services and web applications on AWS cloud services; Write unit, integration, end to end, performance, snapshot, mutation and contract tests using JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cucumber, Artillery and JMeter; Apply Domain driven design, SOLID and GRASP design principles in Object Oriented languages like Java; Promote and implement Agile engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle like Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, refactoring, simplicity, continuous integration and deployment, iterations, small releases, user stories, and collective ownership. Up to 50% remote work allowed.

Compensation: The anticipated base pay range for this position is $126,755.00 to $200,700.00, which reflects the potential base pay at the time of this posting. Base pay will depend on factors such as work location, relevant experience, and skills. Grainger reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate compensation and benefit programs in its sole discretion at any time, consistent with applicable law.
