 Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $60,400.00  to $100,700.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Position Details

The Talent Specialist has responsibility for the coordination and administration of a wide range of Talent operational activities and projects. This role supports the implementation of processes, tools and technology that enable quality and speed of hire. The Talent Specialist partners internally and externally to ensure timely and accurate execution of talent acquisition initiatives.
This role also contributes to broader enterprise talent acquisition work and processes as required.  

 

You Will

  • Partners with Talent leaders to understand process, tool and technology capability gaps
  • Creates and maintains project plans for talent mgmt. and development projects.
  • Create, maintain, and improve documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support training, scalability, and quality assurance.
  • Communicating project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders; managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction. 
  • Researches, benchmarks and develops new service offerings to support the talent needs of the enterprise.
  • Helps to create communication materials that support critical initiatives.
  • Supports and participates in reviewing existing talent solutions and on-going maintenance activities.
  • Designs and prepares regular reports on talent practices and projects.
  • Demonstrates flexibility to shift from strategic to tactical work depending on the situation and role required.
  • Demonstrates consultative, relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills in dealing with all levels of HR and business management and is effective at quickly establishing credibility and developing working relationships.

 

You Have

  •  3+ years of experience in related field preferred.
  • BA/BS or equivalent required.

Competencies:

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Core Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms and associated functionality and processes
  • Ability to solve problems and leverage internal and external resources to find resolution
  • Ability to consult and partner with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Skilled with providing excellent customer service and maintaining cooperative working relationships in and outside the department
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering the highest quality professional work and service
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes create work efficiencies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required. Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Social Sciences or related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related field or applicable experiences
  • Ability to work independently and make unsupervised decisions to respond to vendors and internal stakeholders’ issues swiftly.
  • Ability to prioritize work independently and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Identify trouble spots, customer service issues and/or gaps in service and raise recommendations to close those gaps
  • Able to work with all levels of leadership and team members and maintain confidentiality where appropriate
  •  Availability to travel up to a 10%
