Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $78,200.00 to $130,400.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

- Coordinates with leaders on topics such as performance, costs, streamlining/automating processes, productivity, KPI's, and needs that involve systemic solutions in PowerBI, Streamlit, or Snowflake.
- Collaborates with partners to produce, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to processes and information systems.
- Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements, recommendations, and implements solutions that help the organization to achieve its goals.
- Evaluates current processes and data with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Provides recommendations and leads discussions on ways to provide analytical solutions that may include implementation plans that includes a systemic component to reduce time spent on data mining or validating data integrity.
- Partners with other businesses on programs and new projects to ensure standardization (SOP's) is utilized.
- Documents processes to build a library of solutions that future departments can use.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Supply Chain, Statistics, Information Systems, or Business. required
- 5+ years Supply chain; reporting, analytics and data. required
- Experience using analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, PowerBI, Streamlit, or Excel).
- Experience in SQL coding across enterprise data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake).
