Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $85,300.00 to $142,200.00.

Position Details
As a Sr. Supply Chain Optimization Engineer, you will help an outstanding distribution network maintain a competitive edge by using your supply chain knowledge and supply chain network prediction/optimization skills to answer complex strategy questions. You will do this by developing supply chain modeling to identify service and cost improvement opportunities, support the implementation of those opportunities, and support creation of the analytics road map for the Supply Chain Network Strategy team. You will be a key member of the Supply Chain Optimization team and report to the Senior Manager, Global Network Design & Optimization.

Gather data and use appropriate analytical methods and mathematical tools to develop flexible, scalable network models

Execute scenarios designed to understand options to improve logistics operations, architecture, flows and processes

Leverage advanced techniques to create supply chain prediction and optimization frameworks

Summarize analyses to develop content and present recommendations to strategic partners to align on supply chain priorities and investments

Conduct ad-hoc analyses and create reporting and metrics as appropriate

Maintain and execute core department processes to ensure ongoing model fidelity

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Statistics, Mathematics or related fields; or equivalent experience

3+ years experience in supply chain network design or optimization, consulting, operations planning, inventory planning, transportation, and/or supply chain finance and analytics

Experience with R, Python, and/or SQL and familiarity with Snowflake, PowerBI, or similar background in working with large datasets, from data navigation to coding

Demonstrated skills such problem solving, bias for action, ability to multi-task, ability to influence and analytical background

Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and improve or solve gaps and inefficiencies in all aspects of a complex supply chain
