You Will

The Sr Sales Compensation Analyst manages technology, reporting/auditing and special projects to support Grainger's sales incentive commission strategy. You will serve as a lead resource within the Sales Compensation team as the acting Expert through development of the team while identifying opportunities to grow and improve processes. You will work within Sales Operations, Human Resources/Payroll, Finance and Technology teams to accomplish its goals. The North American Sales Compensation team is the leader for sales commission polices and processes for all sales teams for US and Canada approximately, 3,000 team members. You will report to the Manager, Sales Commission Execution


  • Lead resource and expert for Sales Commissions Team
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to increase quality, productivity and effectiveness of our sales incentive processes
  • Lead special projects to support Grainger's sales incentive commission strategy
  • Analyze, develop, measures, and reports on goals to guide our decisions
  • Facilitate training of sales commission processes
  • Participate in monthly commission processing workflow
  • Facilitate resolution of escalated Sales Commission team member concerns


You Have

  • BA or degree or experience in sales, operations or finance
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • design and implement programs to achieve desired goals
  • Advanced experience in continuous improvement methodologies
  • Desire to learn about new technologies and different areas of the business
  • Understand the details and communicate to Senior Management
