Position Summary:
As Sr Reporting Analyst, OTC you will provide and enhance data, metrics, dashboards, and tools that will be used to improve the customer experience across the Order to Cash process. You will work with internal partners to create action-driven insights using analytic tools.
You will report to the Manager, Reporting and Analytics. This role is a hybrid role based in Lake Forest, IL.
You Will:
- Develop baselines for metrics and support First Pass Yield and Order Capabilities initiatives in identifying goals and action plans to improve metrics in different areas within OTC.
- Perform ad hoc analytics to support strategy development and operations while also communicating findings and developing recommendations to leadership.
- Create and enhance high-quality dashboards in an efficient manner and assist our partners in making informed decisions to manage performance.
- Represent OTC as data steward to promote data catalog and documentation.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years related experience with knowledge of supply chain
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI and DAX
- Experience using Teradata or Snowflake
- Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to work up through functional leadership with clarity and precision.
- Proficient relationship and project management skills and interacts positively with teammates and business partners.
