Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $131,200.00 to $218,700.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

- Leads the Seller Support team and cross-functional team of internal business partners to bring pricing and product offers to market with a clear prioritization process, roles and responsibilities, and measures of success.
- Partners with content development team to package offers (products, services, solutions) to deliver profitable incremental revenue and market share gains.
- Leads the process for understanding the challenges of a specific end-market segment (environment, KPIs, regulatory/compliance challenges, business conditions, trends, etc.)
- Adopts a structured approach for integrating offers into the sales management system and measuring their effectiveness (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Partners with sales effectiveness, seller support and reporting/analytics to improve seller productivity and measure strategic initiative success.
- Partners with analytics to manage sales insights and improve seller and customer facing processes.
- Conduct on-going qualitative (e.g., roundtables, go-sees) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, tool utilization reports) assessment to determine where sellers are spending time to “serve” customers.
- Ensure any new “serve” processes or changes to existing processes (e.g., updated freight or pricing policy) are setup and communicated the right way
- Serves as the liaison between the GUS enterprise COE functions in (i.e. Pricing, seller support, sales effectiveness, contract lifecycle) to improve effectiveness of support to our Global Export customers around the world
- Master's Degree MA/MS/MBA or equivalent Preferred
- 5+ years experience in related field Preferred
- Mature business leader with work experience in an industry leading B2C or B2B company. Knowledge of international customer industry/segment a plus.
- Strong strategic / innovative thinker grounded in analytics. Proven track record of converting strategic thoughts into actions that drive significant business results.
- Demonstrated passion and customer centric decision-making skills.
- Strong cross-functional leader with interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels in a collaborative manner.
- Ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment while adhering to tight schedules and budgets
- Travel expected to be 20-25%
