Primary Function:

Support category review implementation, provide technical troubleshooting and training support for our eCommerce merchandising toolkits, and implement ad hoc strategic merchandising initiatives and special projects.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Managers, Channel Merchandising to implement category reviews and off-cycle maintenance opportunities
  • Support the implementation of strategic merchandising initiatives and special projects
  • Lead testing for new software features and functionalities
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support of software to the merchandising teams
  • Assist in training new hires on our software toolkits
  • Maintain Standard Operation Procedure documentation for STEP and the Gamut workstation
  • Collaborate with business partners in Product Information, Search, and Publishing to optimize online content


Preferred Education & Experience:

Must have 3-5 years of experience in a large, multi-channel organization with:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Stibo STEP, strong technical acumen
  • 3-5 years of related ecommerce, product merchandising, or product management experience
  • Proven success working in teams with dynamic, analytics-driven, multi-channel work environments
  • Experience collecting and managing product-related digital assets (product imagery, PDF documentation, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong systemic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and business acumen
  • High-level knowledge of the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) industry and industrial products a strong plus
