Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $79,000.00 to $131,600.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

- Collaborate with HR business partners, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and enterprise systems teams to develop solutions that address current and anticipated organizational needs
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for business partners and provide primary support for system-related escalations
- Maintain and support HR applications and systems, with a focus on benefits integrations and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and Payroll
- Lead through the evaluation, analysis, design, and maintenance of on-premise, hosted, outsourced, and cloud-based HR technology solutions
- Provide guidance and support to HRIS analysts as a mentor as needed
- Coordinate and participate in the testing and implementation of system changes and new functionality
- Identify opportunities for improvement in HR systems and related processes; continuously assess new system capabilities and trends to align with long-term HR business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Information Systems, or Human Resources, or equivalent related experience Preferred
- 3+ years Analyst Experience
- 1+ years Configuring, troubleshooting and continuously improving technical capabilities in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Employee Central Time (ECT). Required
- 1+ years Experience in gathering technical requirement and supporting critical stakeholders Required
- Consulting on technical capabilities
- Knowledge in staging test data and writing use cases
- Ability to lead User Acceptance Testing and supporting change management and user communications
- Ability to influence business partners with prioritization and implementation processes
