 Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $79,000.00  to $131,600.00.

Position Details

As a Sr HRIS analyst, you will provide support in the design, development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of enterprise HR technology. You will drive operational excellence for the HR technology platforms and related enterprise applications. Your primary responsibility is to maintain and support HR solutions enabling North American and global HR processes for compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, learning, time management, payroll, and employee central. You will be using SAP SuccessFactors. You can be fully remote or work in a hybrid environment out of our Lake Forest, IL office



You Will

  • Collaborate with HR business partners, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and enterprise systems teams to develop solutions that address current and anticipated organizational needs
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for business partners and provide primary support for system-related escalations
  • Maintain and support HR applications and systems, with a focus on benefits integrations and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and Payroll
  • Lead through the evaluation, analysis, design, and maintenance of on-premise, hosted, outsourced, and cloud-based HR technology solutions
  • Provide guidance and support to HRIS analysts as a mentor as needed
  • Coordinate and participate in the testing and implementation of system changes and new functionality
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in HR systems and related processes; continuously assess new system capabilities and trends to align with long-term HR business objectives.
You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Information Systems, or Human Resources, or equivalent related experience Preferred
  • 3+ years Analyst Experience
  • 1+ years Configuring, troubleshooting and continuously improving technical capabilities in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Employee Central Time (ECT). Required
  • 1+ years Experience in gathering technical requirement and supporting critical stakeholders Required
  • Consulting on technical capabilities
  • Knowledge in staging test data and writing use cases
  • Ability to lead User Acceptance Testing and supporting change management and user communications
  • Ability to influence business partners with prioritization and implementation processes
