You Will

As a Sr. Reporting Analyst, you will design, implement, and evaluate reporting mechanisms using analytical tools to provide visibility to Customer Service Center performance. Proactively identify opportunities & provide recommendations to improve effectiveness of the department as the business strategy evolves. Collaborate with leadership by providing analysis and reporting to influence both tactical and strategic decisions for the organization.  You will report to the Sr Mgr., CSC Reporting & Analytics.

  • Perform detailed analysis to identify trends, operational issues, and exceptions to drive improvement in operations and customer experience
  • Collaborate with business partners and cross functional teams to define reporting requirements, and then translate those requirements into a final product that drives improved service and/or reduced costs
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze and translate large sets of raw data, correlate multiple metrics across the Customer Service Centers, and present actionable conclusions to leadership that drive results
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on metrics, analysis, and dashboards
  • Establish reporting standards to ensure data quality and accuracy

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, or related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service organization or a reporting, analytics, and data analysis role
  • Expert proficiency in Excel (e.g., can write advanced macros), Access and other reporting and data warehousing tools (e.g., Teradata, Snowflake, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau)
