Grainger Corporate Services LLC is seeking a Software Engineer in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field plus 4 years related experience. Prior experience must include: Analyze system performance and security by regularly reviewing and assessing the Salesforce environment to identify potential vulnerabilities, maintaining data quality and ensuring secure access for all users; Research and resolve production bugs by investigating system issues using debug logs and tools to pinpoint and fix production bugs, updating and refining existing functionalities to support continuous business operations; Design efficient support processes by creating and implementing streamlined procedures for addressing user issues, ensuring these processes enhance overall productivity and user satisfaction; Design custom logic using Salesforce's low-code techniques to create efficient and scalable solutions that address specific business requirements and enhance overall productivity; Research and integrate third-party systems seamlessly into Salesforce to expand functionality and improve business operations, supporting growth and innovation; Analyze and maintain comprehensive data security, quality, and management practices to ensure the integrity and accessibility of critical business information for informed decision-making. 100% remote work allowed from anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation: The anticipated base pay range for this position is $148,949.00 to $158,000.00, which reflects the potential base pay at the time of this posting. Base pay will depend on factors such as work location, relevant experience, and skills. Grainger reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate compensation and benefit programs in its sole discretion at any time, consistent with applicable law.
