Position Details:

This role is a part of the Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness Center of Excellence and positively contributes to the development of the overall department strategy. This role consults with HR business partners on human capital strategies such as high performing leaders & teams, employee engagement and lifecycle assessments, organizational design, team development and change management. Through formal and informal training and ongoing consulting support, this role is accountable for building a foundational set of processes, tools, and capabilities. You will report to Director, Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness.

You Will:

  • Develop and implement strategies for listening, assessments, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Create, deliver, and refine tools and resources in change management, organizational design, and team effectiveness that are scalable solutions to support HR and business leaders.
  • Consult and facilitate programs to support portfolio.
  • Lead a small team to design and deliver survey results, support enterprise-wide analysis/insights, and consult on appropriate action plans; Manage relationships with vendors.
  • Write communications, presentations, and educational materials using measurement and analytics to show program impact.
  • May lead or participate in other talent management projects as assigned.

You Have:

  • 10+ years leadership in human resource management; specific expertise required in human capital strategies such as team development, organizational design, culture and change management, employee engagement/lifecycle surveys, and assessments (Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, 360s, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in:
  • Building and managing relationships with business partners, users, vendors, project teams and management leaders demonstrating the highest levels of integrity
  • Providing strategic recommendations, and advising at all levels.
  • Measuring and analyzing data (data collection, analysis, and interpretation) to support fact-based decisions.
  • Managing others and leading and building teams; demonstrated ability to assess individual talent and coaching to improve performance.
  • Writing concise, well-written executive-level decks with an ability to explain/communicate complex information.
  • Presenting and facilitating with the ability to be compelling, and concise.
  • Executing projects and programs that require ongoing solutions, high decision-quality
  • Proficient in MS 365 applications including MS Teams and Powerpoint
