Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $121,500 to $202,500.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.
The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above.

- Form and develop a quantitative team with backgrounds in statistics, mathematics, business analytics, operations research and machine learning.
- Lead the team and strategically define the path forward for machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data optimization
- Collaborate with partners across the business and supply chain to identify and prioritize opportunities, formulate analytical strategy, and roadmap to inform decisions to address these problems.
- Apply knowledge and business judgment to identify opportunities and quantify impact.
- Lead optimization and predictive analytics projects, while creating dynamic solutions using statistical models, machine learning and deep learning methodologies.
- Own the process and thought leadership of transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations. Present clear and concise results.
- Own the end-to-end delivery process that encompasses research, design, testing, scaling and implementation.
- Mentor team members for their career development and growth.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics or a related quantitative field. preferred
- 7+ years of experience in forecasting, data optimizing and developing statistical models.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. R, Python, SQL) and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience applying statistical and machine learning algorithms and deploying models.
- Experience articulating data insights and presenting solutions, while influencing cross functional stakeholders.
- Experience managing analytics teams, including Data Scientists preferred.
