Reporting to the Senior Manager of State and Local Income Taxes the Senior Income Tax Analyst reviews and coordinates the state income compliance and provision needs, handles state income tax audits, state tax planning and other tax projects on an as-needed basis.


  • Review and facilitate the preparation and filing of state income/franchise tax returns.
  • Calculate and prepare quarterly state income tax payments and extensions.
  • Help identify tax savings opportunities.
  • Identify potential tax risk issues and make recommendations to reduce exposures.
  • Ensure compliance with domestic transfer pricing documentation requirements.
  • Perform tax legal research and respond to tax notices.
  • Stay abreast tax legislative changes, determine and document potential impact to the company.
  • Implement process improvements.
  • Be a primary state tax contact with departments.
  • Handle state income tax audits, and assist with provision and tax planning.
  • Work with consultants by compiling reports and providing information to ensure personal property taxes and real estate taxes are filed and paid. Also includes providing support for real estate tax appeals.
  • Work with consultants and our teams to ensure unclaimed property reports are filed along with making unclaimed property tax payments to states including monthly reconciliations of unclaimed property accounts.
  • Help review federal and international tax filings.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3 plus years of income tax experience.
  • Experience working with financial and operating management.
