Position Details:

As a Sr. Digital (ePro) Integration Analyst you will be responsible for working closely with trading partners (customers, suppliers, vendors) and internal stakeholders to support in the setup, migration, and issue resolution of new and existing eProcurement relationships. You will design and map technology solutions that implement standards, performance, and security requirements to maximize reliability, functionality, and integrity while minimizing costs and cycle time.

 

You Will:

  • Participate in scope definition and developing business requirements.
  • Identify a desired future state that addresses a business problem.
  • Provide business systems analysis and process redesign expertise, interacting with business partners to clearly define and document business requirements.
  • Present business needs as a story and visualize requirements.
  • Participate in and/or drive the system configuration which meets security, architecture, and support requirements, all while satisfying business needs.
  • Develop ITX typetrees, maps and systems related to the mapping specification.
  • Participate in system emergency or crisis situations to define/implement workaround processes, corrective action, communication, and system cleanup activities.
  • Participate and/or coordinate required testing/validation of system enhancements and fixes, creating and/or executing the test cases including problem determination and resolution.
  • Coordinate with development and operation teams for resolution of defects or production issues.
  • Produce detailed and comprehensive documentation, such as requirements specifications, design documents, and change logs.
  • Educate other analysts in adopting new tools and mentor junior team members.

 

You Have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience utilizing IBM Sterling Transformation Extender (ITX) and Gentran Integration Suite.
  • Proficient in data translation standards such as cXML, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, JSON, and flat file positional formats, with expertise in the data mapping process and utilization of B2B translation software.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with leading eProcurement platforms like Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Familiarity with Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and Application Programming Interface (API) for data transmission.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective communication skills suitable for diverse audiences, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-directed with a proven track record of making informed business decisions, demonstrating excellent time-management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a consistently professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience across the entire Power Platform (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) would be a plus.
