On-Site Support Specialist I 

Key Activities:

  • Assist with scheduling, documenting, and identifying training opportunities for Techs.
  • Support creation, scheduling, documenting, and identifying training opportunities.
  • Keep Techspot area clean and presentable for employees and team members.
  • Provide excellent customer service to walk-in employees needing technical assistance.
  • Drives to successful first contact resolution where and when possible.
  • Supports IT inventory management.
  • Provides technical support to meetings that include video conferencing
  • Repairs hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications for desktop PCs, peripheral equipment, laptops, and other mobile devices.
  • Creates temporary solutions until permanent solutions can be implemented. 




0-2 Years of work experience with Bachelors degree/boot camp certification or 2-4 Years of Industry experience

Strong Communication capabilities

Experience in customer service

Excellent troubleshooting , critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
