Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $101,300.00 to $168,900.00.

Position Details
The Manager, Regional Human Resources aligns business and people strategies to create a productive environment that delivers strategic HR planning and effective change management. The role consults with partners to design and implement human capital strategies, ensuring talent is positioned for competitive advantage while driving engagement through clear communication of HR plans. The manager oversees execution of cyclical HR processes, succession planning for critical roles, and fosters a positive culture by partnering on employee relations and soliciting feedback to improve organizational health. The role also identifies process improvement opportunities, coaches leaders through change, and ensures learning and growth initiatives support individual and team development.
We currently have two open positions supporting either our Branch Network or our Distribution Center Support teams. These roles are based in Lake Forest, IL; however, remote/virtual candidates may also be considered.
You Will
- Aligns business objectives with people strategies by integrating HR planning and change management practices to ensure the organization achieves sustainable growth and maintains a high-performing, inclusive culture.
- Consults with senior leaders to design and implement human capital strategies that strengthen organizational capability and culture, ensuring talent is positioned to deliver on business priorities and long-term competitive advantage.
- Executes cyclical HR processes—such as performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews—with precision to create a consistent, engaging experience that builds trust and drives accountability across the workforce.
- Drives succession planning for senior and critical roles by assessing talent pipelines and implementing development plans, ensuring leadership continuity and readiness for future business challenges.
- Communicates HR strategies and initiatives clearly and persuasively across all levels to foster alignment, improve engagement, and ensure employees understand how these efforts support organizational success.
- Identifies process improvement opportunities and collaborates with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services to implement innovative, scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall business performance.
- Partners with Employee Relations to apply fair, consistent, and compliant practices in handling employee matters, mitigating risk and reinforcing a positive, productive workplace culture.
- Coaches leaders through structured change management steps and ensures learning and development programs are prioritized, enabling individuals and teams to adapt effectively and accelerate growth in a dynamic business environment.
You Have
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years in Human Resources or related field required
- Consulting skills with the ability to link business strategies with people strategies.
- Ability to act as a liaison with leadership and the ability to guide complex change.
