Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $101,300.00  to $168,900.00.

Position Details

The Manager, Global IT Internal Controls and SOX plays a critical leadership role within the organization, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust internal control framework over existing IT systems and new system implementations. The role ensures compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), supports the company's global risk and compliance strategies, and fosters a high-performing team of professionals. The manager serves as a key liaison between IT and external auditors, driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a culture of accountability and growth.


You Will

  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive internal controls framework over IT processes and systems, aligning with SOX requirements and best industry practices. Drive internal controls assessment for new system implementations.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of existing IT controls and recommend improvements to address control gaps, system changes, and evolving risks.
  • Collaborate with IT process owners and other stakeholders to ensure internal controls are appropriately designed and effectively executed.
  • Lead the documentation, evaluation, and testing of IT general controls, application controls, and IT-dependent manual controls.
  • Manage a high-performing team, including making talent decisions.

 

You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Upon Hire preferred or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Upon Hire preferred
  • Master's Degree or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years Progressive experience in IT audit, IT compliance, SOX program management, or a related field within a global organization required
  • 5+ years SAP, Oracle, BPC, Blackline, Snowflake preferred
  • 5+ years progressive related experience including Big 4 preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise with SOX IT General Controls (ITGC), application controls, and associated audit/testing methodologies
  • Strong understanding of business processes, ERP systems, risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO)
  • Project management experience, including continuous improvement efforts related to financial processes, system and tools to increase productivity and internal controls.
