Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $26.06 to $39.14.

Position Details

The Human Resources Representative Lead delivers high‑volume, complex transactional HR support across the full team member lifecycle from hire to retire. The role provides advanced resolution for complex HR transactions, including organizational data governance, mass organizational changes, data corrections, and escalated case support from Tier 1. The Lead serves as a critical partner to HR Operations, Payroll, and cross‑functional stakeholders by leveraging HR technology and data to optimize processes and enable scalable solutions. Through multi‑channel support, the role delivers timely, high‑quality service while driving HR technology enablement and best‑in‑class service delivery across the enterprise.



You Will

  • Serves as the team’s HR subject‑matter expert by applying deep policy and systems knowledge to resolve complex team member issues and inquiries.
  • Partners with HR Service Representatives by troubleshooting inquiries collaboratively to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and end‑to‑end issue resolution.
  • Delivers exceptional service to active and inactive team members by providing clear guidance and promoting level‑0 support to drive efficiency and self‑service adoption.
  • Responds to inquiries promptly and professionally by capturing details accurately in case management to ensure traceability and service quality.
  • Uses strong inquiry skills to diagnose root causes and resolve issues beyond initial requests, preventing recurrence and improving process effectiveness.
  • Manages an organized workflow by monitoring all assigned items and driving each to timely closure to maintain service continuity and accountability.
  • Collaborates with HR teams, vendors, and third‑party administrators by coordinating information and actions to resolve team member matters efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintains broad HR expertise across policies, payroll, total rewards, talent programs, and technology by identifying trends to enhance documentation and strengthen self‑service resources.

 

You Have

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 4+ years handling escalated, sensitive, and often complex team member issues required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with team members at all levels.
  • Ability to de-escalate emotional situations and manage through tough situations with ease.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills while keeping close attention to detail.
  • Deep and broad understanding of all HR policies, programs and processes.
