Position Details:
The HR Intern will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to all facets of the HR Department. Reporting to a Vice President of Human Resources the HR Intern works with a team of aligned HR Partners to support cyclical HR processes, complete HR related projects, prepare reports, collect, analyze, and summarize research to directly support the department and broader organization.
You will support Human Resource Partners while enhancing strategic initiatives by providing recommendations for process improvements. You Will:
- Partner with key stakeholders and leaders across the organization
- Prepare different reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing research
- Complete HR related projects to directly support the department and broader organization
- Support initiatives including the following: Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, Team Member Experience, HR Shared Services, HR Generalist, and others
- Provide recommendations for process improvement
You Have:
- Expected Graduation Date: December 2024 or Spring 2025
- Pursuing master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior internship experience or work experience in a related field preferred
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Human Resource disciplines
- Proficiency in systems including the following software: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
