Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $66,500.00  to $110,800.00.

Position Details
This role drives support for the HR technology platforms and related enterprise applications. The primary responsibility of a HRIS Analyst is to support HR solutions for North American and global HR processes for compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, learning, payroll, and personnel administration. You will report into the Manager, HRIS and preferably work on a hybrid basis out of our Lake Forest, IL office.
 
You Will
  • Collaborate with the Senior HRIS Analyst and enterprise systems teams to develop solutions aligned with organizational requirements.
  • Administer and maintain HR systems, including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, learning management (LMS), payroll, and personnel administration
  • Assist in the evaluation, analysis, design, and maintenance of on-premise, hosted, outsourced, and cloud-based HR technology solution
  • Support the documentation of requirements and the assessment of potential HR technology solutions in collaboration with the Senior HRIS Analyst
  • Update HR master data and team member records to support large-scale projects and system modifications
  • Coordinate the testing and deployment of system changes and the implementation of new system functionality
  • Document standard operating procedures; develop and distribute user documentation and training materials for HR staff, leaders, and team members; facilitate HR technology training sessions
  • Oversee daily support operations for outsourced solutions in coordination with third-party vendors
  • Respond to and resolve ServiceNow and Employee Interaction Center (EIC) support tickets
  • Execute organizational structure and department management updates within HR systems
You Have
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or Human Resources or equivalent related experience Required
  • 2+ years HRIS Analyst Experience
  • Exposure to HR technology software
  • Collected and analyzed data, and present findings to support recommended solutions
  • Identified opportunities to increase process/system efficiencies, customer satisfaction and overall business improvement
  • Gathered requirements, evaluated solutions, tested and configured final solutions in systems.
  • Knowledge of working with confidential and team member data privacy guidelines
  • Knowledge of on-premise, outsourced, and cloud HR and related applications including:
    • SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos or equivalent HR Technology
    • HR outsourcing solutions (i.e. ADP, Alight, Vanguard)
    • Data management/ETL tools (i.e. LSMW, RPA)
    • Database or report writing knowledge (i.e. Teradata, SQL)
  • Knowledge of network architecture, IT infrastructure, and hardware
