The Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in managing multiple work streams related to all stages of the executive recruiting workflow.  This person will own data management for various reporting tools, and will be the frequent “go to” representative for the Executive Talent Acquisition team. 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

-Liaison between hiring teams and Talent Acquisition for end to end executive hiring processes.

-Manage various reporting tools associated with key recruitment and talent metrics.  Integrating data from multiple sources (SAP, Excel, PowerBI, Access, etc) to showcase the impact of the function and support audit capabilities.    Respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

-Develop impactful presentations for varying levels of audiences, which tell a meaningful story derived from various data points.

-Partner cross functionally to integrate various talent work streams associated with executive level roles – i.e. senior level assessments, talent benchmarks, internal talent processes, etc.

-Interact with candidates and business partners at a variety of levels across all functions, geographies and business units in the US and globally.

-Document and maintain all executive search processes (i.e. interviews, debriefs, offer letters, pre-employment processing, candidate assessment tracking, etc).  

-Manage all scheduling for Executive search - search status meetings, candidate interviews, travel, debriefs, etc.  Frequently collaborates with candidates and Executive Assistants.

-Manage offer letter creation process and all pre-employment steps including background checks and drug testing.

-Own processing of all function invoices and candidate expenses, working with Account Payable as needed to reconcile issues.

-Support other Talent Acquisition functions as needed.

Position Requirements:

Preferred Education & Experience

-Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

-3+ years of related business experience.

-Prior executive search or other talent acquisition support experience beneficial.

-Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Access.  Prior experience with SAP Success Factors is a plus.

-Continuous improvement skills to improve the quality of our processes, ensuring internal and external stakeholders have a best in class experience.

-Able to exercise good judgment in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.

-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at senior management levels, candidates, and their support teams.

-Project management and organizational skills are a must.

-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment with competing priorities and frequent critical deadlines.

-Strong decision-making skills and judgment to drive the right impact.  Does the right thing for the business and our team members. 

-Travel would be vey limited if at all.

-Office environment with the ability to also work virtually.
