Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $110,500.00 to $184,100.00.

- Handle executive roles across all functions of the organization.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders across the enterprise and create a white glove experience for leaders, candidates, and partners.
- Align on open positions with intake discussions to create search strategies including ideal candidate profiles and sourcing plans.

Help hiring leaders and HR Business Partners understand the market landscape and competition in different markets/disciplines by sharing insights on talent demographics and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with leaders and partners throughout the candidate assessment and selection process to ensure optimal hiring decisions.
- Improve workflow efficiency and recruiting processes by sharing best practices in sourcing, new recruiting tools and methodologies.

Grow and cultivate an extended network of professional contacts and channels to identify and source talent pipelines across functional areas of our business.

Maintain knowledge of compensation offerings, benefits, complex salary structures and long-term incentive plans for potential candidates.
- Negotiate complex compensation packages to close candidates, differentiating Grainger by leveraging our Employer Value Proposition.
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years' experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing, including 2+ years of experience with executive level recruitment (Director & VP) in a corporate environment.
- Expert level of knowledge in all sourcing components including qualifying candidates, networking, job analysis, salary trends and relationship management.
- Knowledge of local regulatory compliance and employment law.
- Experience building credibility with hiring managers and using talent market knowledge to advise and influence on talent strategies.
- Proficiency with technology tools including social media channels, AI and ATS platforms.
- High attention to detail in all phases of the recruitment process.
- Organizational savvy in managing a variety of stakeholders.
