 Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $101,300.00  to $168,900.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Position Details
 
The District Sales Manager will deploy and market to increase sales and profitability in your district. You will lead a team of approximately 12 Inside Sales Government Account Relationship Managers in developing long lasting partnerships with customers to supply and manage their MRO procurement. You will report to the Regional Sales Vice President.

Your mission will be to inspire and mentor a peak performance team with an estimated annual spend of $30 Million.
 
You Have
 
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • Demonstrate the ability to motivate through others.
  • Be strategic in your approach to managing your district and team. You will bring high-level systems applications skills (including intermediate Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)).
  • Understand financial reporting and our needs such as costs/budgets, and economic earnings.
  • Demonstrate experienced successful internal partner relationships that result in the achievement of sales and operations goals.
  • Be committed to lifelong learning. An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • B2B sales management experience
